Tethovia Solo Tennis Trainer

This works well if you already own a tennis racket to practice hits with the elastic‑string tennis ball. I filled the base with water, and it stays fairly stable. I’m still getting the hang of it, but it lets me get some exercise with no need to chase the ball after every toss or hit.
It does the job pretty decently. I play it with a racket for Racketball.
After long days, I don’t want a complicated workout. This lets me get in some movement, burn off stress, and feel good in under half an hour.
My new favorite way to workout I hate going to the gym. Hate it. But this? This is a blast. I set it up in the driveway, put on a podcast, and just hit balls for 20-30 minutes. Cardio + fun = obsessed.
My daughter loves this and my grandson used extra ball as a pull toy.
I can keep the ball tied to the string. Please show video how you tie the ball to the string
The ball came off of the string numerous times. I retired with multiple knots but still came off. Also the return comes back faster than you expect. I am sure I will improve with practice.
Great value and work wonderfully. Puppies even love to play with them.
