Return window
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your item. Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Items that show use, damage not caused in transit, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
How to start a return

- Package the approved item securely and use the provided return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error or the item arrived defective.
Refund processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
