These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tethovia website and your purchase of products from Tethovia. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.
Online store terms
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or misuse content, accounts, checkout, promotions, or payment systems.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting may affect color appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, or description error. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, intended for unauthorized resale, or inconsistent with purchase limits. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Order processing, delivery estimates, duties, address issues, returns, refunds, and defect coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Product use and safety
Tethovia walking products are intended for responsible pet walking. They do not replace training, supervision, sound judgment, or the handler’s responsibility to assess a dog’s size, strength, health, temperament, reactivity, and environment.
Inspect the belt, leash, stitching, clips, adjustment points, and attachment hardware before every use. Stop using the product if any part is worn, damaged, loose, or altered. Use close control near roads, crowds, animals, obstacles, and other hazards. The product is not designed for climbing, fall protection, restraining a person, vehicle restraint, unattended tethering, or any purpose other than its stated pet-walking use.
Any material or pull-strength test describes controlled test conditions and is not a guarantee that the product is suitable for every dog, handler, event, or environment.
Intellectual property
The Tethovia name, branding, website design, photographs, video, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tethovia and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Third-party services
The website may use services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the express warranties stated in our policies and any non-excludable legal guarantees. Tethovia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Disputes should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve them.
